House Rules
- No photo shoots, parties, or gatherings are permitted in accordance with estate regulations.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please keep noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Each room is allocated one parking space only.
Arrival Information
- Check-in time: Between 14:00 – 21:00 if possible.
- If you plan to arrive before 14:00 or after 21:00, kindly inform Reception in advance.
- Front door access code (both houses): 123#
- WIFI password: leopardsong (valid across all Leopardsong Manor connections)
- You will receive an estate access code the day before arrival. This code grants one-time entry to the estate.
- Upon your arrival you will receive a room key with an access tag that will give you access to the estate during your stay
Departure Information
- All outstanding charges must be settled at Reception before check-out.
- Return your room key and access tag to Reception to receive your exit code.
- Exit is via the Visitors’ gate only.
- Check-out time: 10:00
- If departing before 06:00, please inform Reception a day in advance as it opens at 06:00.
- Early departures must settle all bills the day prior.
- Lost or unreturned key fee: R650.00
- Requests for late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Breakfast
- A full continental and English breakfast is served daily.
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements before arrival.
- Breakfast times:
- Weekdays: 06:30 – 09:00
- Weekends: 07:00 – 10:00
Estate Access Codes & Tags
- During your stay, please use the black access tag (attached to your room key) to enter and exit the estate via the Residents’ Gate, Visitors’ Gate, or the Pedestrian Turnstile.
- At the boom gate, you’ll see a camera with two red lights at the top of the screen on the driver’s side. Tap your tag between the two red lights to open the gate—tapping anywhere else may not work.
- A new exit code will be issued to you upon check-out.
- Access codes will not be issued to non-resident guests.
- Please ensure you have your driver’s license, ID, or passport on hand when entering the estate, as access will be denied without proper identification.
Honesty Bar
- Complimentary: Leopardsong water, fresh fruit, chips, Jungle Bars, coffee & tea
- For additional items:
- Use the Honesty Bar Slip (found in both houses)
- Record your room number, items taken, and quantities
- Leave the slip in the kitchen—Reception will add the charge to your account
- If you enjoy wine, please specify whether it was a glass or bottle
Clubhouse Dining
- The Clubhouse is 400m from the guesthouse and offers lunch & dinner.
- A menu is available if you’d prefer to order for delivery. Just mention you’re staying at Leopardsong Manor and include your room number.
- The Clubhouse is exclusively available to estate residents, including guests staying at Leopardsong Manor, and is not open to outside visitors.
- Please note:
- The Clubhouse does not accept cash
- All Clubhouse charges must be settled directly with them

- Sun: 07:30 – 20:00
- Bar:
- Mon–Sat: 11:00 – 22:00
- Sun: 11:00 – 20:30
- Delivery: Daily until 19:30 (No deliveries during rain)
